What you'll do

• prepare daily reports for key accounts and provide insights
• serve as a liaison for customer service inquiries about order status, product availability, and delivery timelines
• coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales
• maintain Home Appliance account information and system data mapping
• process commercial invoices
• coordinate consumer communications and product upgrades
• manage hub schedule changes and monitor performance metrics.
