The manager leads the long-term care pharmacy team and oversees daily operations, staffing, workflow, and regulatory compliance. The role supports safe, timely medication services for long-term care patients while strengthening coordination with facilities and healthcare providers.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow, staffing, and regulatory compliance
• lead, mentor, and support pharmacists and technicians
• identify process and service improvements
• oversee prescription fulfillment, medication packaging, and dispensing for long-term care patients
• coordinate services with long-term care facilities, nursing staff, physicians, and caregivers
• ensure medication safety, compliance, and quality assurance
• support medication therapy management, clinical consultations, and adherence initiatives
• maintain relationships with facility partners and healthcare providers.
