What you'll do

• Perform home maintenance and repair projects
• lead, coach, and support Tru-Pro technicians
• communicate with customers and manage expectations onsite
• ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency. Projects may include bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work within scope.
