What you'll do

• Perform collision repairs to OEM procedures
• repair and replace body panels
• complete structural and frame repairs
• perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical work as needed
• review repair plans and identify supplements
• maintain quality and production standards
• collaborate with estimators, painters, and production staff
• keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• protect customer vehicles
• assist with apprentice training when assigned.
