What you'll do

• Oversee daily terminal and drayage operations
• maintain safe and compliant operations
• manage capacity, costs, container movement, dispatching, yard flow, and partner coordination
• lead and develop terminal staff
• manage staffing and performance
• maintain customer and partner relationships
• track KPIs and report insights
• enforce safety protocols
• oversee equipment utilization and maintenance
• support expansion, customer launches, and process improvements.
