What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
• manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and reliability initiatives
• coordinate labor scheduling, assignments, and weekly payroll approvals
• respond to equipment failures
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues
• improve spare parts organization and documentation
• collaborate with operations and quality
• lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• manage vendors and contractors
• participate in capital projects and upgrades
• ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance
• support PSM programs
• oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance coordination
• develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
