What you'll do

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for the middle-market contract surety business
• attract, hire, lead, and develop the contract surety team
• draft underwriting criteria and risk-assessment frameworks
• manage the portfolio within risk appetite
• align middle-market growth with the existing surety business
• collaborate with brokers and customers
• ensure file documentation and compliance
• monitor the competitive landscape and product-line risk profile.
