The officer administers trusts, estates, and retirement accounts, representing the bank in fiduciary matters. The role coordinates accountings and tax filings, maintains trust accounting records, resolves account issues, and supports client service and new business development.

What you'll do

• Administer trusts under wills, court orders, or guardianships
• act as executor or administrator where appointed
• support new business development
• liaise between investment unit and clients
• prepare annual court accountings
• coordinate fiduciary income tax returns
• prepare trust, agency, and estate receipts and disbursements
• research account issues
• send Trust Committee Review and Quality Review letters
• comply with bank BSA/AML policies.
