What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and Mayroad assets, including structural, paint, plumbing, steam systems in Alaska, pressure washing, cleaning, and electrical work depending on assigned core duties
• perform residential maintenance and repairs across skilled trades
• use a personal vehicle and smartphone for on-the-job transportation and communication.

Why this role
