What you'll do

• Perform tasks involved in dialysis procedures and RN-designated treatments and medication administration
• evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological status and response to treatment and lab work
• execute interdisciplinary plans of care
• report to physicians and adjust treatment plans within established protocols
• supervise hemodialysis technicians
• collect CQI data as assigned
• participate in developing short- and long-term care plans
• maintain confidentiality.
