What you'll do

• Perform skilled nursing visits throughout Northeast Las Vegas
• conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations

• provide wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing treatments
• monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
• educate patients and caregivers
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• complete clinical documentation and comply with agency policies and home health regulations.
