What you'll do

• Assist the general manager with local restaurant marketing and sales growth
• identify and develop talent using company development tools
• take responsibility for an assigned People, Product, or Place area
• ensure repair and maintenance is up to date
• help control cost of goods, labor, and supplies
• support guest satisfaction and store ratings
• uphold company values
• assist with hiring, termination, and rate changes.
