What you'll do

• Supervise and develop the Quality Assurance team
• oversee quality programs for formula, allergens, non-conforming products, recalls, food safety, and pest control
• define laboratory practices and quality policies
• ensure sanitation compliance
• collaborate with R&D on product quality and plant testing
• manage supplier communications
• conduct audits and training
• lead resolution of complaints, product holds, and incidents
• serve as plant liaison to regulators and auditors.
