What you'll do

• Maintain professional relationships and client confidentiality
• follow standard precautions and privacy policies
• enter client data as needed
• support regulatory compliance and client orientation
• maintain facility safety and security
• monitor and document medication self-administration as appropriate
• coordinate daily programming, rounds, and client care
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• document and communicate shift issues
• provide reports and staff performance documentation
• perform direct service when staffing is inadequate.
