HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA, with compensation of $28–$45 per hour. What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and provide solution-based recommendations
• generate equipment-replacement leads and coordinate with Home Comfort Sales Advisors
• identify and sell large-ticket repairs when appropriate
• explain system condition and lifespan
• maintain office communication and a structured daily schedule
• and complete work safely and in accordance with policies.
