What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, cleanliness, and life-enrichment activities
• observe and document medications and treatments according to medication records and the Six Rights of Medication Pass
• report concerns
• restock and maintain medication supplies and areas
• take and record vital signs.
