What you'll do

• Deliver cribs, pillows, towels, and other guest requests
• strip, seal, and wax floors
• restock paper supplies and room-cleaner caddies
• put away deliveries
• move furniture and turn mattresses as needed
• maintain equipment
• report shortages, damage, or security issues
• clean public areas and bathrooms
• collect dirty linen and trash
• polish metal and furniture
• shampoo carpets
• respond to reasonable guest requests and complaints.
