What you'll do

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns
• create and manage repair orders
• schedule appointments
• review technician inspections, diagnostic findings, and digital vehicle inspections
• prepare and present estimates
• explain repairs
• recommend and sell needed repairs and maintenance
• obtain authorization
• follow up on recommendations and declined services
• coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty needs
• manage promised completion times
• collect payments and deliver vehicles
• follow up with customers.
