What you'll do

• Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications
• prepare takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals
• collaborate on scope strategy, risk, and pricing
• support buyouts, negotiations, job-status reviews, and change orders
• develop assumptions, allowances, and alternatives
• obtain vendor pricing
• manage estimate and client processes
• maintain estimating data and bid logs
• attend pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits.
