This role exists to lead the athlete experience by coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs and services. The Team Captain ensures fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships that drive retention and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day business plans.
• Supervise teammates, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
