Low-Voltage Field Technician

Job overview

The Low-Voltage Field Technician role is onsite at assigned project locations in Atlanta, GA. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, based on experience. Transcend LV’s project teams deliver low-voltage, security, and audiovisual installations at commercial and industrial sites. The technician installs, tests, and troubleshoots low-voltage systems, follows site documentation and safety standards, and records completed field work to support project delivery.

What you'll do

• Install, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling, access control, security cameras, audiovisual systems, and sound-masking devices
• interpret blueprints and job-site documentation
• work independently or with installation teams
• use tools, ladders, and lifts safely
• document work with photos, logs, and punch lists
• communicate with project leads, clients, and teammates.
