The attorney joins Morrison Mahoney LLP’s Medical Malpractice Defense / Long-Term Care Facilities litigation team. The associate manages civil litigation matters from start to finish, develops case strategy, and works with clients, experts, and colleagues. The role contributes to the team’s litigation practice through legal research, written advocacy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation and participation.

Why this role
