What you'll do

• Support an inclusive workplace and employee development
• collect rent and manage delinquencies
• maintain occupancy and waiting lists
• complete resident selection and certifications
• control expenses
• prepare for REAC and MOR inspections
• manage HUD and tax-credit lease certifications
• follow Section 8 and HUD regulations
• plan resident activities
• address complaints and emergencies
• process work orders
• conduct unit inspections
• maintain curb appeal.
