What you'll do

• Review vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments
• resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• maintain vendor records, payment schedules, and communications
• coordinate outsourced vendor handoffs
• review AP subledgers
• refine workflows
• monitor throughput and queues
• maintain internal controls
• support period close and cutoff procedures
• reconcile vendor accounts
• safeguard confidential information
• guide AP staff, set priorities, and assign work.
