What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting strategies
• source candidates
• conduct outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• prepare offers and coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
• support onboarding and HR initiatives
• maintain ATS/HRIS records
• track recruiting activity and build talent pipelines.
