Program Director — Residential Services

• Lead day-to-day program operations
• ensure services follow organizational policies and state regulations
• monitor quality and documentation
• supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff
• manage staffing and schedules
• participate in hiring and staff development
• support Individual Support Plans and transitions
• oversee medication systems and healthcare coordination
• manage program funds and budgets
• prepare reports
• liaise with families, guardians, providers, and community stakeholders
• provide emergency on-call support.
