What you'll do

• Oversee congregate and home-delivered meal programs and senior center services
• maintain client records, reports, and program data
• ensure compliance with funding, licensing, and program requirements
• maintain relationships with funders and external partners
• oversee nutrition standards, menus, and meal coordination
• identify participant needs and make referrals
• coordinate activities and supplemental services
• maintain readiness of meal-delivery vehicles
• lead staff hiring, training, performance management, and development.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of human services experience, at least one year of supervision, and two years working with seniors. Serve Safe Kitchen Manager and CPR/First Aid certifications may be obtained after starting within stated timeframes.
