The Experienced Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in West Bloomfield, MI, providing specialized in-home care. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. CareOne Senior Care supports clients’ safety, comfort, dignity, and independence at home. The caregiver provides individualized hands-on support to a bedbound client according to the care plan. Assistance with daily living, transfers, tube feeding, range-of-motion exercises, comfort, and observation helps maintain the client’s well-being and communicates important changes to the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• use a Hoyer lift for transfers and repositioning
• assist with tube feeding according to the care plan and authorized training
• perform prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• support bed positioning and comfort
• observe changes in condition
• provide companionship
• assist with meal-related needs as appropriate
• complete shift documentation
• communicate updates
• maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
