What you'll do

• Manage hospital staffing, scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
• develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures
• ensure compliance with California Veterinary Medical Board, Cal/OSHA, and labor regulations
• oversee inventory ordering and cost controls
• manage budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• maintain client service standards, resolve escalated concerns, and support community outreach and local marketing.
