Subrogation Specialist II

What you'll do

• Identify subrogation potential for workers’ compensation and property/auto claims
• contact insurers and third-party attorneys to negotiate settlements
• send lien notices
• track claim status and settlements
• communicate with claimants and client risk management
• manage a queue of 250–300 claims
• assist with inter-company arbitration filings
• and research nationwide subrogation laws.
