Senior Director of Payer Growth

What you'll do

• Analyze payer markets, policies, and competition
• identify and engage potential payer partners
• own selected payer relationships
• develop partner presentations and proposals
• lead national payer RFP and RFI processes
• manage value-based care contracting and negotiations
• support sales-to-implementation handoffs
• develop market playbooks and resources
• provide payer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• coordinate region-specific legal diligence with Clinical Operations.
