What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate multiple manufacturing and company-wide projects
• work with the CEO and leadership team to establish priorities, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
• develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and action tracking
• coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other departments
• conduct project meetings and report progress, risks, delays, and next steps
• maintain project documentation and status reports
• support equipment installations, facility improvements, process changes, product launches, and operational improvements.
