Assistant Community Manager — Arbors at Georgetown

What you'll do

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates and community operations
• participate in customer service and leasing
• train, audit, inspect, and report on tax credit requirements
• assist with leasing and marketing
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• recommend rental adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate about balances and collect delinquencies
• support resident loyalty and retention
• collect, post, and deposit rents and other income
• support occupancy, collections, and budget goals.
