What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end projects, including new product integration, facility modifications, equipment installation, and production line setup
• manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• oversee facility and production layouts
• support product transitions into production
• monitor onsite work and commissioning
• manage risks and project communications
• support equipment startup, validation, and handoff
• maintain project documentation
• drive continuous improvement and support 5S, safety, and lean initiatives.
