What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers in supervising toddlers and engaging them in age-appropriate activities
• support meals, nap time, diapering, and potty training
• foster a safe and stimulating classroom
• encourage development through play-based learning
• communicate with parents and guardians about daily progress
• maintain a clean classroom
• and follow childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
