Senior Reactor Operator Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Reactor Operator for an onsite position in Polo, IL. The total compensation eligibility ranges from $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year, including a 15% annual incentive bonus and a sign-on bonus. This role is responsible for training and preparing to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor, requiring a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license. Upon completion of training, the candidate will be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response and outage support.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma/GED

Experience

1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility. Other experience equivalents listed.
