What you'll do

• Arrive promptly at 4 a.m.
• prepare raw chicken according to procedures and recipes
• put away deliveries, organize storage, and rotate products using FIFO
• set up the steam table
• prepare sauce cups, bottles, and other items
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with guest service and restaurant cleanliness as needed.
