Full-Time Key Holder

The Full-Time Key Holder role is onsite at Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, IL. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour. The role represents Rhone on the retail floor and supports customer experience and store operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and serve as a point of contact for customer service and operational questions
• mentor team members and provide feedback
• gather customer and team feedback for store management
• build customer relationships and recommend products
• maintain sales-floor presentation, signage, and displays
• support shipping and receiving
• and keep the stockroom organized. Open and close the store as needed. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
