The position supports a leading construction organization delivering major projects. The project manager leads work from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, client relationships, subcontractors, and project scope. The role helps deliver profitable projects on schedule and to required standards while developing project teams and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage project financials, schedule, quality, safety, and scope
• establish objectives and expectations
• enforce safety policies
• maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors
• participate in estimating, bidding, constructability reviews, and planning
• manage procurement, subcontractor performance, cost controls, change orders, risks, permits, RFIs, submittals, payments, and closeout
• mentor project team members
• travel throughout the DMV Region.
