What you'll do

• Help customers identify AT&T wireless, internet, entertainment, and accessory solutions
• review accounts and identify service or value opportunities
• recommend devices, accessories, protection plans, and account solutions
• build customer relationships
• generate business through outreach, follow-up, referrals, and appointments
• meet sales goals
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• assist with store operations and merchandising
• occasionally rotate among nearby locations.
