• Coordinate career events, event travel and expenses, job creation, offer preparation, and early-career job descriptions
• support intern, co-op, and rotational program administration
• coordinate associate training week and stakeholder meetings
• manage talent-acquisition recruitment materials
• develop standard operating procedures and reference guides
• and track and analyze recruitment metrics and program data.
