What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care, including IV infusions, PICC line care, venous access procedures, pre-infusion assessments, monitoring, and patient and family education. Coordinate treatment with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare partners
• maintain clinical documentation and compliance
• lead community outreach and marketing campaigns
• build referral relationships
• conduct outreach visits and presentations
• monitor patient feedback
• and serve as a liaison for patients and providers.
