Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst is an onsite role based in Washington, DC. This role exists to drive process improvement by partnering with stakeholders to design and manage efficient business workflows. The analyst will analyze systems, document project data, and coordinate testing to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Define, analyze, and document project data and business processes.
• Conduct systems analysis and needs assessments.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage multiple assignments and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth go-live transitions for new systems.
