Working under the House Manager, the care partner provides person-centered assistance that supports residents’ comfort, safety, and daily engagement. The universal-worker role combines personal care, activities, household tasks, medication procedures, and regular safety rounds, while communicating changes and incidents to the appropriate team members.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and hydration
• take vital signs
• follow house procedures and state regulations for medication administration and storage
• conduct regular safety rounds
• support group and individual activities
• cook, clean, and do laundry as needed
• document relevant resident information and incidents
• report changes in resident condition and family concerns to the House Manager
• provide shift handoff reports
• attend staff training.
