The Outside Appointment Scheduler role is onsite in Erie, PA, with full-time first-shift hours set in consultation with the supervisor. Pay starts at $17 per hour and increases to $18 per hour after 90 days. The role supports One Senior Care’s LIFE-NWPA and related PACE programs, which aim to help seniors remain safe, healthy, connected, and at home. The scheduler coordinates participant appointments and related records, communicating with participants, caregivers, healthcare providers, and staff. Accurate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up help participants access outside appointments, labs, and imaging.

What you'll do

• Manage participant appointment requests and schedules
• notify participants, caregivers, and powers of attorney
• complete authorizations and referral documentation
• coordinate outside appointments, labs, imaging, rescheduling, and follow-up
• enter encounters in the medical records system
• answer calls and inquiries
• communicate scheduling updates
• participate in team meetings and quality improvement.
