What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care
• implement physician orders
• select, train, and develop nursing staff
• oversee orientation, clinical competence, supervisory visits, and evaluations
• ensure timely patient verification, assessment, teaching, scheduling, and documentation
• coordinate care with schedulers and clinical coordinators
• support service-center planning and nursing department efficiency
• work with nursing and operations managers on policies and systems.

Why this role

Requires participation in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, and emergency availability. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, variable with flexibility; 40 hours weekly. Requires a multistate RN license for Virginia or willingness to obtain one, home health/home infusion experience, and ability to drive up to one hour each way to see patients as needed.
