What you'll do

• Operate and maintain utility systems and equipment, including anhydrous ammonia refrigeration, boilers, hot water, HVAC, and compressed air systems. Troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled equipment
• keep repair logs and submit preventive-maintenance and calibration documentation
• respond to routine and emergency service calls
• participate on the HAZWOPER Team.
