What you'll do

• Support executive leadership and corporate personnel
• handle Tier 2 escalations
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Teams Rooms, audiovisual systems, Windows devices, hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and access management
• support executive and board meetings
• maintain technical documentation
• partner with IT Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams.
