Turf Management Intern

The Turf Management Intern role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA, and pays $18–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Work alongside Service Leaders and Regional Team Leaders to learn about products, services, and lawn care practices
• learn to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand and powered equipment under appropriate supervision
• partner with Agronomists and Branch Managers to learn to identify turf concerns and provide agronomic guidance
• gain exposure to aeration, daily logistics, and equipment maintenance
• support research farm activities including plot preparation, seed or sod selection, applications, watering, and mowing
• complete training toward Registered Technician certification.
