It coordinates staff, equipment, budgets, maintenance plans, compliance, and customer communication to deliver contract requirements and manage project resources.

What you'll do

• Oversee operations and asset management for highway projects or contracts
• develop and revise maintenance work plans
• manage employees and monitor overhead, expenses, budgets, and equipment
• plan personnel and equipment needs
• support business development and estimating
• ensure legal and contract compliance
• coordinate recruiting, training, and employee evaluations
• communicate with customers and resolve complaints.
